How do we differentiate the fruit grading of yellow papaya in Tropical Fruit Salad?
For yellow papaya, if its flesh is deep yellow or yellow and contains no area of white flesh, it is classified as grade A. If its flesh is pale yellow to deep yellow but contains areas of white flesh not exceeding 25%, it is classified as grade B. For areas of white flesh exceeding 25% but not exceeding 50%, it is classified as grade C.
